administration officer

my office brings a cleaner in once a fortnight. We are expected to empty all the bins twice a week. I have only been in this office three weeks, but the hints are getting dropped that we have to clean the bathrooms also. Is either of these duties legal for administrative officers to be expected to carry out.

Casual Leave
Posted by Rob - 02:37 PM 18.08.12
My workplace has recently introduced a system which will only allow casual workers to take time off work if they apply for it, and then recieve approval from management - Is this legal? Can they enforce such a rule? If not, where can I find this in writing?

If an employee is being underpaid, does their employer have to back pay them for the time that they have been underpaid?
