I am 20 years old and i work on average 45 hours per week in a cafe.
My employer pays me $13.00 an hour cash, there is no extra for overtime, sundays or public holidays.
I also do not receive pay slips.
What should i do? I feel that i can not approach my employer.
I'm also presuming im underpaid.
I would really appreciate your thoughts and advice on what should be done.

I'm 22 years old and I am currently under trial for an apprenticeship. I am working 40 hours a week, and I am being told that I am going to be paid $214.10 for those 40 hours. They haven't paid me yet, but should I lodge a formal complaint for underpayment?

I have been employed permanet part-time at an Aged Care Facility, and was employed to work Saturdays and Sundays. Those are the only days I have ever worked there. I also have a weekday job, and the Management are aware of this. However, the new D.O.N. is trying to drop me from the weekend work and work on weekdays, which he knows that I can't do because of my other commitments.
What rights do I have in this matter? The weekend work is very important required income.

Can my workplace give someone who has been in a lower position than I, for less time than I have been in the company, a managerial position for which I am also qualified for? The position was not advertised to anyone, so I did not have an opportunity to apply.
