| I have been working for my current employer for the past 5 years. I am only a casual employee yet I am store manager of a fast food store working 38 if not more hours a week. I do not get any holidays or sick pay. I had someone tell me that after a certain period of
time if your working the full time hours you become entitled to such holiday and sick pay. Superannuation is another issue. Super hasn't been paid yet it is on our payslips and the ato is investiating this. I recently discovered the store has been sold yet the owner has not told me about this. I just want to
know my rights because I can't afford to be out of a job. What can I do?? Thanks
