Have recently resigned to persue other avenues of employment. The following day my supervisor warned me not to make it public that I resigned as he had not formally accepted my resignation and said he could decline it then I would have to 'quit' and leave without my entilments. This is nothing more than bullying and I should just get on with the remaining 4 weeks left of work?

I have recently resigned from my job due to severe workplace bullying and harrassment and have given the applicable 2 weeks notice. My last day is tomorrow 19/02/10. My employer has not paid my last pay correctly and i have been left short, and now they are telling me that i will have to wait another 2 weeks before they will pay out my entitlements (Leave) and fix my short pay packet. Can they do this? I am required to hand back all keys and security passes at the end of my shift tomorrow, but they can hold onto my pay for another fortnight?
