Undue Pressure

| Hi, I work overseas for a division of the Federal office,. I was engaged overseas but am now an Australian Citizen. I have been a star performer, and was considered eligible for top job locally. However over the past few year, pressure tactics, followed by undue finger pointing, indifference to requests for career advancement, but portfolio re-look ahev ensured that the opoprtunities to even do satisfactory performance dim. Inspite of this the energy, creative levels are kept high. However, it is becoming increasingly difficult with the undue pressure, and bullying. Can I be helped..? I am engaged off-shore.
I am mentally harassed.
