| my job entailed looking after people with disabilities doing two 24 hour shifts per week. i was rostered to do these shifts for around 7 years . employed as a casual all that time.can an employer keep you empolyed as a casual working that amount of hours for that lenght of time never going onto a permanent position. with no holiday or sick leave entitlement over that lenght of time.
