Unfair Dismissal

| After recovering from the shock of being let go from a job of over two years I filed an Unfair Dismissal with Fair Work. After 3 months of waiting I had a conciliation with a rep of my former employer & Fair Work only to find out that I had filed too late and that although I had a case that it wouldn't be successful because of this technicality. Where is the justice?
