Bullying at work.

| I am not a member of a union. If I was to join a union today would I receive assistance immediately for a workcover case involving workplace bullying?
I have worked for this company as a designer for 18 months. Since a new manager took over my team, my duties have been reduced, I have ceased to receive feedback and have been given a formal warning for ridiculous reasons (singing, announcing that the coffee cart had arrived). I have been singled out for these actions. A pattern exists in my workplace where a staff member is formally warned and within a fortnight is fired. I am afraid for my job. I am on stress leave (workcover) as my doctor believes this constitutes an unsafe working environment. I am not sure what to do from here and would greatly appreciate some advice.
