| I am employed Full Time at a Disability Employment Service and there has been an overhaul of our procedures which has increased our work load dramatically, and now we find out our employer has signed up all staff to a 2 year online course that requires 2hours dedication perweek, with only a certificate of participation recived on completion. Is it legal to sign staff up to courses without staff permission? Especially a 2 year course when our work load has increased so much? Many staff are experiencing burn out.
