| I have been suffering for the last 8 months at work by a colleege constantly picking on my work , not doing her duties and leaving them for me to do when the manager isn't present and generally harrassing me. I have approached my manager on numerous occassions regarding this employee, the first excuse was "she is experiencing medical problems" and then to "pick your battles wisely" (!!!!) and just general lame excuses for this person but no real action has been taken. Last week I had had enough so I complained to the manager yet again which resulted in the a meeting between myself , the bully and managers. When I left the meeting I texted a message to my private facebook account saying something about the liar being lucky I didnt slam them. I have my account blocked so only friends can see or access anything of me - one of the managers is on my account as a "friend" - she showed this to another manager who called me in to repremand me at a later time. My question is - I used my own phone , mentioned no names , no public members have access to my status or account and made no threats etc and the message appears as though it was sent before the intial meeting. What are my rights with this situation? She has made my life at work so horrid I no longer want to go where as I previously loved my job.
